IOWA GRILLED TURKEY TENDERLOIN 

TURKEY TENDERLOIN INGREDIENTS

1 lb. turkey tenderloins, 3/4" - 1" thick
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. dry sherry
2 tbsp. unadulterated lemon juice
2 tbsp. dried out onion
1/4 tsp. ginger
Run dark pepper
Run garlic salt

TURKEY TENDERLOIN INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all fixings together in shallow prospect with turkey tenderloin or steaks. Add turkey, going to cover the two sides. Cover and marinate in fridge a few hours, turning infrequently. Barbecue steaks over hot coals 6 to 8 minutes for every side, contingent upon thickness. Turkey steaks are done when there is no pink in focal point of meat. Try not to overcook. Serves 3 to 4 individuals.
