GRILLED CAJUN TURKEY TENDERLOIN   

Turkey Tenderloins Ingredients:
  • 1 pkg. boneless fresh turkey breast tenderloins
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 - 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Turkey Tenderloins Instructions:
In small bowl combine all ingredients except turkey breast tenderloins. Spray turkey lightly with Pam. Coat evenly with spice mixture.

Prepare grill. Place aluminum foil drip pan in center of grill with hot coals around it, fill with 1/2" water.

Place turkey on grill 4 to 6 inches from coals, directly over drip pan. Cover grill with lid. Grill 20 minutes. Turn and cover. Grill 15 to 25 minutes more or until turkey is no longer pink in center. 5 servings. Enjoy !

BAKED TURKEY TENDERLOINS IN BARBECUE SAUCE  

Turkey Tenderloins Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 oz.) turkey breast tenderloins, cut in half
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Drop of Tabasco sauce
Turkey Tenderloins Instructions
Arrange turkey pieces in a baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon over turkey. Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes or until turkey turns from pink to light in color in deepest part. Baste once or twice. Serves 4. Enjoy it !

TURKEY TENDERLOIN WITH CRANBERRY SAUCE   
Turkey Tenderloins Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. turkey breast tenderloins
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Turkey Tenderloins Instructions
Remove silver tendon from the turkey tenderloins. In so doing you will end up with long, slender pieces of meat.

Brush meat with lemon juice on all sides.

Heat butter in heavy skillet. Add the turkey. Cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes until turkey is no longer pink.

Add the cranberry sauce to the side of the pan alongside the turkey. Break it up with a fork until it is melted. Add the cream, thyme and Worcestershire sauce to the pan, stirring sauce until it is smooth. Let cook for a few minutes.

When the turkey is done, remove from the pan. Keep warm.

Bring sauce to a boil, whisking. Boil until sauce is shiny; pour over the turkey.

Serve with whole, steamed green beans and/or steamed rice. Makes 4 servings.

TURKEY TENDERLOINS FRESCA   
Turkey Tenderloins Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 lb. fresh turkey breast tenderloins
  • 2 tbsp. butter, divided
  • 1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
  • 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 oz. Mozzarella cheese (1/2 c.)
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
Turkey Tenderloins Instructions :
First of all melt 1 tablespoon butter in large skillet over medium high heat. Add red pepper and garlic; cook and stir 3-5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add zucchini; cook and stir 1 minute. Cool slightly. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Remove from skillet. Next is to slice turkey breast tenderloins in half lengthwise, forming top and bottom halves. Melt remaining 1 tablespoon butter in same skillet over medium high heat. Stir in onion powder. Add tenderloins. Cook 6-7 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.

Spoon zucchini mixture on turkey pieces. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Cover skillet for 1 minute to allow cheese to melt. Makes 5 servings. Enjoy it !

MARINATED TURKEY TENDERLOINS

MARINATED TURKEY TENDERLOINS
TURKEY TENDERLOIN INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. fresh turkey breast tenderloins
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced or 1/3-1/2 c. lemon concentrate
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
TURKEY TENDERLOIN INSTRUCTIONS
First of all place turkey in glass pan or a heavy plastic bag. And then blend other ingredients and pour over turkey. Refrigerate 2-24 hours, turning occasionally. Broil turkey 5 inches from heat or grill...enjoy the turkey tenderloin !

Broil small tenderloins (4 to a pound) approximately 10 minutes turning once; broil large tenderloins (2 to a pound) approximately 20 minutes turning once, or until juices run clear. Makes 2-4 servings. Enjoy it !

TURKEY TENDERLOIN INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. turkey tenderloins, 3/4" - 1" thick
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. dry sherry
  • 2 tbsp. pure lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. dehydrated onion
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • Dash black pepper
  • Dash garlic salt
TURKEY TENDERLOIN INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all ingredients together in shallow pan for marinade with turkey tenderloin or steaks. Add turkey, turning to coat both sides. Cover and marinate in refrigerator several hours, turning occasionally. Grill steaks over hot coals 6 to 8 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Turkey steaks are done when there is no pink in center of meat. Do not overcook. Serves 3 to 4 people.

  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 lb. uncooked turkey tenderloins
TURKEY TENDERLOIN INSTRUCTIONS
In a shallow pan, blend all marinade ingredients together. Add turkey, turning to coat both sides. Cover; marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Grill the tenderloins over hot coals, 8-10 minutes per side, depending on the thickness. Tenderloins are done when there is no pink in center - do not over-cook. Serve on Hoagie buns....enjoy the turkey tenderloin....!
